About
Keen Consulting is the evolution of TMB Technical Services. I'm Trevor Burne, and I've spent my career on both sides of the table: running businesses and transforming how they use technology.
I was Managing Director of Talascend Australia and VP of IT for Talascend in London, then business manager at Competentia, before spending years running my own business. For the last three to four years I've worked with a Brisbane managed service provider as an outside consultant. I now lead growth and innovation on their senior leadership team and act as a trusted advisor to the owner.
There, I brought in and drove the adoption of AI tools including Replit, Manus, Claude, Cursor and Grok. That changed how the business runs day to day. It also opened a new line of business: the company now implements governed AI tools for its customers. I'm building the beginnings of its managed AI services, and I wrote their go-to-market.
